We are looking for an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to build and manage relevant creator partnerships for MakeupShop.ro brands.

Job description
In this role, you will coordinate influencer marketing campaigns for MakeupShop.ro and the brands in our portfolio, from identifying the right creators to tracking campaign results. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to build campaigns that are relevant, consistent, and performance-driven.
This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and highly execution-focused, who understands both brand image and the measurable impact of a well-run campaign.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and select relevant influencers for different campaigns and business goals.
- Reach out to, negotiate with, and manage relationships with content creators.
- Prepare and send campaign briefs.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and compliance with brand requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Work with internal teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
Ideal candidate profile
- Has experience in or strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Is organized and able to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines at once.
- Understands the difference between exposure, engagement, and actual results.
- Has strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Has aesthetic sense and a good understanding of the beauty and content creation space.
- Works with strong attention to detail and results.
