Job description
As a Junior Customer Support Operator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of our online store, delivering clear communication and effective solutions. You will use your communication skills to handle even difficult customer interactions and have the opportunity to earn additional income through upselling techniques.
The role is on location in Iași, Romania, within a dynamic environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints for the online store.
- Communicating empathetically and effectively with all customers, including difficult ones.
- Identifying upselling opportunities and implementing them in customer interactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Accurately recording and updating data and requests in company systems.

- Fluent in spoken Romanian with strong verbal communication skills.
- Friendly attitude, patient and empathetic towards customers.
- Able to manage difficult situations while maintaining composure.
- Results-oriented and willing to learn sales and upselling techniques.
